Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide to over 200 countries, excluding Afghanistan, Libya, Nauru, Somalia, Ukraine & Yemen due to current shipping suspensions by DPD Services.
How much are the shipping costs?
- We offer free standard domestic shipping on all orders.
- We offer free shipping for orders within Europe, above 200 GBP.
- We offer free shipping for all international orders, above 250 GBP.
Where do you ship your garments from?
- All orders placed on our online website are shipped from our central office in England.
- The office is closed during bank holidays, please see the dates down below:

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
You will recieve an order confirmation, following an additional email or text once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping may take longer than usual during festive holidays.
I did not receive my order, what should I do?
Please contact customer support and we will assist you, otherwise, please see the email when your order got dispatched, tracking your item.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail, giving you access to track your live order.
How do I collect my order?
If you have chosen home delivery, your package will be shipped to the address you entered at checkout when placing your order.
If you are unavailable to receive the package at the time it is out for delivery, DPD will reattempt the delivery, or it may get sent back to our office. We cannot resend your package, but you will have to place a new order.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes, we do.
Is my package insured?
If an unexpected incident has happened to your package, please contact customer support and we will assist you.

What is your return policy?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds, but we only offer exchanges. This is due to our exclusive, limited stock.
How do I exchange my order?
Should you wish to exchange an item for a different size or garment, please proceed here.
We allow up to 2 exchanges. This means you are allowed to exchange the original item delivered, with a new chosen item. Once you have received that item and you are still not satisfied, for personal reasons, you are allowed to exchange it for a final time, with a new chosen item.
Please ensure the item still has the tag attached, with the garment being in its original condition as received.
If there are any signs of the garments being worn, the exchange will not be accepted, but will immediately be returned back to the customer.
Can I use another courier to exchange or return my order?
It is recommended to use the same courier as we provide, being DPD. Although, if you choose to use an alternative courier, we are not liable for additional charges + fees, nor are we responsible for the package during transit.
Returned garments are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they are packed up securely and can't get damaged on the way! As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you retain your proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.
How many days will it take for me to be refunded if I cancel my order?
It may take up to 30 working days, depending on your bank provider and the country you reside in. If you have any specific concerns, please feel free to contact us, otherwise, it is advised to contact your bank provider directly.

How do I know you have received my order online?
Once you have placed the order, you will receive an email confirmation shortly. Please check your spam folder if you haven't received anything within 12hrs, otherwise, contact customer support for assistance.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We are unable to adjust or cancel orders once they have been successfully placed. Although, please contact customer support immediately after you have placed the unwanted order, so we are able to flag this.
Once you have received the unwanted order, please return it back to our central office, to the address provided stated in your invoice, which you can find attached to your order confirmation.
If I have received a faulty order, what do I do?
We apologise for the inconvenience as this is never our intention. Please contact our customer support team, with your order number and images.
Can I be notified once a product or size is back in stock?

What payment methods do you accept?
We offer American Express, Apple Pay, VISA, Mastercard, Shop Pay, Maestro, Google Pay, Discover, Diners Club, Klarna.
How much tax and duty to I must pay?
Unfortunately, due to the different regulations for each country, we are unable to estimate how much tax and duties you will pay. Your local customs would be able to give you an estimate price of the import fees.
Can I claim a tax or customs refund on a purchase made online?
Unfortunately, we cannot recover tax on purchases made on our online store via the VAT Retail Export Scheme. For specific questions, please contact your local customs office.

How do I take care of my TALTIQ garments?
Cashmere
It is recommended to dry clean this garment due to its delicacy, and for a long-lasting lifespan of the product. Otherwise, please follow the care label, sewn on the inside of the garment.
Cotton
You can find the fabric composition under the product title name. As TALTIQ’s cotton collection range is made from 100% cotton, it is recommended to dry clean this garment to avoid shrinkage, otherwise, please follow the care label, sewn on the inside of the garment.
Organic Cotton
